What can you expect?
Donna and the Aspinauts are Victoria’s first professional
autism-spectrum band performing socio-enviro rock-pop originals with a
blues bent combined with off the wall Avant Garde poetry.
Imagine the vocals of Jewel, the lyric style of Lou Reed, the politics
of Midnight Oil, the delivery of Laurie Anderson, with the vibrant
rhythms of Green Day with Floydish moments and the madness of Madness.
More than ’just a band’. They are diversity-friendly visual performance
art going confronting the important issues of today.
Hope to see some of you there. It won’t be a diversity friendly world
without you.

And I'm Looking for some Mixing Gig's.
Can do walk-in mixes for your band, + others should you be putting on a whole bill.
I'm a muso myself with a fairly extensive knowledge of Guitar/Bass gear, should you need tech help too.
I'm also a Pro A/V guy by trade, So should you have a Vision Show. I'm more than capable of making it happen.
If you're doing a show from scratch EG. (EP launch in a hall or something) I can help you With Equipment Spec and Hire etc.

THE FINAL CALAMITOUS WEEK OF THE RESIDENCY!
We think you all know what this mean.... fun. and probably a little too much fun.
Opening
the night and flying all the way from Japan is THE HONDAS! As the night
progresses, THE FEARLESS VAMPIRE KILLERS will be warming up for their
show the next week with Swedish sensation The Hives! And then it's time
for The Good China to take the stage and cap off a very busy month. So
come get very messy with us as we celebrate a very China Christmas, New
Year and everything in between!
For those of you that made it to all four weeks, this is the evening we will reward you! Stay tuned...
The Empress, in conjunction with the China residency will be offering discount basic spirits for those attending the show!
We
will be premiering a few new songs that we're confident you're going to
love, so come to The Empress, grab some dinner and enjoy the summer
nights in the courtyard - anything that will bring you to see The Good
