Rehearsal Studios : Permanent rehearsal room available

The room is semi sound proofed, 15 square metres (3m x 5m) 24 hr access however due to sound restrictions and to respect other artists in the space rehearsal times are between 6-10 any night of the week. Rent is $800pcm and can be used by one or 2 bands to split it as its been used in the past.
