Its $750pcm for the whole space (so split if shared) is available at the and of june, is 24 hr access, prac times are limited to 6-10pm any night of the week (area sound restrictions) inc internet and bills etc. there is plenty of storage for the bands who rent the space that been made especially for this room. pls call me on 0405 044 142 for more info.
