We invite you to enter your application to Melton Freeza Battle Of the Bands push Start Heat 2013.

no later than 5pm Monday 22nd July, 2013. Please note the Freeza push start battle of the bands has
strict guidelines that needs to be met by all applications.PLease forward on to any bands that suit these requirements that you feel would also be interested.Some of these requirments include:- At least half of the band members must be 21 years of age or under, with no members
exceeding 25 years of age at the time of the first heat event.

Only the acts whose members live, work, recreate or go to school in your local area should
be awarded a performance opportunity (at the FReeZA workers discretion).
- FReeZA Push Start is accepting of solo and duo artists.
- Performers are not to have a recording deal.
- Artists performing original material are most suitable for this program.
- An act that has entered and placed 1st in any FReeZA Push Start heat event in any
previous year should not be accepted into the program.
Failure to meet these guidelines will automatically result in dis-qualification of your application.
Once you have submitted this you will be notified whether or not you were successful in obtaining a place for this years battle of the bands heat.
