Professional Midnight Oil Tribute band

Exciting opportunity to join a high level band with high energy, young , hungry 30's/ 40's band, playing all their early stuff (head injuries to blue sky mine) and newer stuff.

We seek a dedicated high level bassist for a full time position.

- Have a strong interest in learning and performing Midnight Oil Songs.
- Are at a professional level, easily learn the songs, accurate tempos with attention to detail.
- As a high energy band, you would be expected to wear costumes(provided) and be able to move/perform on stage.
- Flexibility and adaptability is a must, and up for metro, regional and interstate travel.
- Live close or willing to travel to rehearsals in Deluxe, Moorabin or in Bayside area.

- Able to gig at least 2 times a week, sometimes more.
- Be able to sing backups and a fast learner.
- Own or willing to purchase a fender precision bass guitar
- Easy going and time to practise as it's not for the faint hearted!
- Please provide talk a little bit about yourself and provide links to footage of your past performances / playing in action.

About the band, we have a solid line up and setlist ready, promoters. to go along with the resources and the motivation to make it happen.
All members are highly experienced, with degrees in music performance and/or cover bands, tribute, solo, duo, stage and theatre work.
