|
For those who do or don't remember, I started a thread, years ago about working out and it actually picked up quite the momentum.
Anyone interested in participating?
I'm now a personal trainer with my own business.
Been working on tightening and being strong and shapely as part of my personal goals.
Anyone else still training?
You can check out my pages here, if interested: www.instagram.com/lucylauriept

My job is a workout. Constant patrols, 3 flights of stairs x 6 internal patrols, and laps around the outside of the building is enough of a workout for me. I'm working a 13 hour night shift. Security Sux! _________________ Sometimes my life is a mystery attached to an enigma,

since my last contribute to that thread.. I've had two motorbikes accidents, 4 surgeries, 7 broken bones, a hip injury and a dreaded tennis elbow.
Laid off the weights for about 18 months but maintained some physical activity. Like indoor rehab, swimming and stretching.
Back in the saddle and while not starting from scratch, i have gone backwards in terms of the weight and volume i used to pump. But hey, I'm treating it like a major reboot with fresh challenges. |

I've worked pretty hard on brewing craft beer. I mean I really take notes and make comparisons etc. Been doing it for years now I am a touch heavier than I want to be but I'm not gaining any weight. I'm also eating organically.
I could lose some weight. Say 10kg. Or not. Its not bad weight considering I never really sit down that long.

It is the rehabilitation that takes the most time. |
