I was from the country. always said parmi. Moved to the city, now say parma most of the time. depends where you are, if I go back home and say parma people think I'm retarded.

many years ago. These days their parmigiana is pretty ordinary. Still better than most pubs around the area and def. better than what you call up from a takeout bain-marie.
