it's cool that you stipulated that straights can apply as well but i have a question: why make the distinction in the first place? does it really matter? if it didn't matter, why mention it in the first place? if you get an auditionee who suddenly has an issue with jamming with you when discovering the rest of the band comprises of gay men, then that auditionee isn't worth keeping anyway.
