Alright ladies and gentlemen, this is where it gets REAL! If you’re OVER 18, writing your own material, want to be heard, have performed various times at other venues or at student concerts and need a stepping stone to the next level in this industry? Then keep reading….We are proud to announce that LIVE & UNSIGNED competition at Robarta, St Kilda is open for audition registration for SEASON 2, 2013 and the WINNER takes ALL! It takes REAL dedication to be involved in this event and this ain’t your average competition.

Yeah, we’re only being serious!!!

You can choose to perform covers or originals with either backing tracks, acoustic or LIVE band accompaniment, the stage is yours!!! But it doesn’t only end there, performers who wish to take part in this event will have to go through an auditioning process, judges will be people within the music industry (both artists, producers and managers) and YOU NEVER KNOW WHO’S WATCHING! (hint hint)

"The Song Lounge" is a rehearsal room and demo / pre-production studio based in Reservoir, Victoria. Owned and operated by local musician Matt Collyer, the studio is aimed towards budget conscious bands and musicians who seek top qualilty gear, service and facilites without breaking the bank.

The rehearsal room is available 7 nights a week, during the day on weekends, and weekdays (on an hourly basis for solo musicians). Being a single room only, musicians have privacy not found in larger rehearsal complexes, allowing them be creative in a relaxed environment without interruptions. The room is equipped with an 8 channel, 700 watt vocal PA including microphones, stands and cables.
